December 13th, Week Two: Backbending

When you practice the art of being a YES, opportunities of greatness present themselves naturally! This week, ignite your life with the following poses:

Ground down to lift up!

January 31st, Week Three: Balance

Find your feet to fly!

Defy the predictable, disrupt business as usual and expand into uncharted waters! This week, determine what you see with the following poses:
Eagle
Airplane
Half Moon
Dancer
Tree
Crow
Shift your vision. Set your sight on your North Star!
